Tomorrow at 7:30 MEC Nkonyeni and MEC Mchunu together with Mayor Ndlela will be visiting the school after a tragic accident that claimed 6 lives of Fezokuhle Primary school situated at I Mbali Pietermaritzburgh.


KZN DoE HoD, Dr Sishi will be the Guest Speaker at Velabahleke Girls High School in uMlazi tomorrow starting at 9:30am, 31 January 2015

A Great Start to the 2015 School Academic Year


The MEC for Education in KwaZulu-Natal, Neliswa Peggy Nkonyeni, MPL accompanied by the Speaker of KZN Legislature, Ms Lydia Johnson and the Members of the Provincial Legislature, visited schools around the Zululand District as part of the Legislature’s Programme of Schools’ Functionality Monitoring. The Minister of Basic Education, Ms Angie Motshekga also was part of the entourage monitoring schools around Dumbe. “I have all the confidence in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal and I am sure they are going to bounce back from their challenges,” said the Minister.
