KZN MEC for Education, #KwaziMshengu encourages South Africans to #StayAtHome during the #SALockdown and allow the Government to deal with the #Covid19 virus. On behalf of the KZN Education, MEC urges learners to engage with all the learning platforms provided, including Radio lessons, KZN FUNDA PORTAL and e-school - in Partnership with Vodacom, all made possible by the KZNDOE for learners to continue studying while at home.
 KZNDoE NSNP - Kitchen Safety Protocols
The Deputy Minister for Education, Ms R. Mohaule will visit schools under the Amajuba District on Tuesday, 11 August 2020. This is part of Deputy Minister's monitoring program for schools reopening.

Deputy Minister will be received by the MEC for Education in KwaZulu-Natal, the Honourable Mr Kwazi Mshengu. The Schools are under Utrecht CMC.

Application for Duplicate Matric Certificate

A copy of ID document and all previous results must be submitted with the application form. A copy of the original Subject Certificate/ results will assist in the process. The prescribed fee for duplicate of certificate should be paid by means of a cash deposit or an electronic transfer payment into the following account: BANK ABSA; BRANCH 630525; ACCOUNT 4072483555; REFERENCE 05024033

The prescribed fee is R97 for a certificate and R40 for confirmation letter obtainable upon submitting the above. The process takes 3 to 6 months. You will indicate the nearest District office to which you will collect your certificate, when it is ready for collection you shall receive a message. Application can be made at your nearest District office.

The new amounts are R107 and R45.
