The Minister of Education and Culture, Mr Narend Singh and the Chief
Executive Officer, Professor CRM Dlamini in the KZN Department of Education will officially launch the Mthashana FET College and the incorporation
of Emandleni-Matleng Youth Training Centre tomorrow, Tuesday, 06 April 2004 in
Ulundi at the Emandleni-Matleng Youth Training Centre at 09H00.
