Mthandeni Dlungwana, the KZN Department of Education's HoD, Dr Enock Vusumuzi Zama, with senior officials and the Ministry of Basic Education during the 15th to 17th January 2019.

Monitoring School Functionality 2019 - Members of the Provincial Legislature, Office of the HoD, Mr Thami Mbanjwa, and the uMkhanyakude District Director, Mr TJ Motha monitored School Functionality at Mvuzomuhle High School and Mantinti Secondary School. Both schools obtained a 100% Pass Rate in the 2018 NSC Examination.

Application for Duplicate Matric Certificate

A copy of ID document and all previous results must be submitted with the application form. A copy of the original Subject Certificate/ results will assist in the process. The prescribed fee for duplicate of certificate should be paid by means of a cash deposit or an electronic transfer payment into the following account: BANK ABSA; BRANCH 630525; ACCOUNT 4072483555; REFERENCE 05024033

The prescribed fee is R97 for a certificate and R40 for confirmation letter obtainable upon submitting the above. The process takes 3 to 6 months. You will indicate the nearest District office to which you will collect your certificate, when it is ready for collection you shall receive a message. Application can be made at your nearest District office.

The new amounts are R107 and R45.
